French Long Staff

The French Long Staff discipline is a combat sport, but in fact rather a game opposing two fencers with the objective to make a “touché” and not to get a “touché” hiding codified valid strikes behind lively and impressive manipulations of the staff.

Long Staff practice is rich of a long historical evolution which allows henceforth new development directions providing a modern approach of the techniques still respectful of its heritage.

Long Staff is particularly adapted to adults but also to young persons, men and women, looking for a harmonious sportive leisure activity.
